("Dannon"), U.S. manufacturer of DANNON¨ branded yogurt and DanActive¨, a cultured dairy drink, has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. INFORMATION COLLECTION NOTICE
This Web site does not offer the ability to site visitors to post personal information or personally identifiable information. It collects personal information only from site visitors who send emails to us and forwards that information to various third parties who provide marketing research, customer service and web-related services. We use the information consumers send us in emails in order to reply to those consumers and retain it securely as part of our third party's consumer affairs database.
